Select the breast shield or nipple insert size that fits you comfortably. Assemble the breast pump according to the supplied instructions. Position the collection cups inside your bra, with each nipple centred in the breast shield opening. Switch on both pump units. Select the desired pumping mode and begin with a low suction level.
